Eric has lived in Florida for the bulk of his life. After retiring from his tenure as a firefighter, he began building homes in the early 1980s. Using a hands-on approach and the fundamental principles of design, Eric built beautiful and functional living spaces. Business flourished, leading to a career building luxury homes in Sarasota County.
Eric is closely involved with design and details for new clients, as well as managing the administrative side of the business. A true craftsman, Eric has had the privilege and pleasure of developing lasting relationships with his clients
Sam Green
Vice President of Operations & Marketing
Raised on a farm in Kansas, Sam begin his construction career at an early age. Helping his family with the farm as well as their road construction business provided Sam with the firm foundation in construction, integrity, and grit.
After attending Kansas State University’s business program, Sam took his skills and education and established a remodeling business. Business soared, but the harsh winters ultimately led Sam to Sarasota.
Sam is responsible for daily operations at S&E. He is the Director of Marketing and Client Relations. Count on him to ensure the quality and timeliness of your project.
