Michelle is an exceptional leader responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations. Her role requires close collaboration with department heads and senior management to find strategies for increasing sales, improving employee retention, and ensuring customer satisfaction. She is committed to adopting more efficient procedures that will foster business growth. Additionally, Michelle sets budgets and financial targets for each department. She has over 15 years of experience in managing company operations within the design and construction sector.

Eric has lived in Florida for most of his life. After retiring as a firefighter, he started building homes in the early 1980s. Applying more than 30 years of hands-on techniques and design principles, Eric created exceptional, exquisite, functional homes, resulting in a stunning successful career constructing and remodeling luxury homes in Sarasota County.

Eric is involved with design and details for clients and has developed lifelong relationships with all S&E Renovation clients. His approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and creative, which enables him to solve problems efficiently.

Sam grew up on a Kansas farm and started his construction career early, assisting with both the farm and the family’s road construction business, which instilled in him strong principles of integrity and perseverance.

With his multifaceted background as an entrepreneurial construction and development executive, Sam is renowned for his unwavering work ethic, property expertise, and thorough understanding of all financial and logistical metrics necessary to drive exceptional business outcomes.
